  • Personal Identifiers: Name, corporate email address, telephone/mobile number, company name, and job designation.
  • Event Registration Data: Ticket selections, custom registration form responses, and attendances.
  • Security Tokens: Unique cryptographic QR code tokens generated for kiosk scan entries.

2. How We Use Your Data

The collected data is strictly utilized to run event services. Specific processing uses include:

  • Generating secure QR codes and validating them at scanning terminals.
  • Sending automated transactional alerts (ticket delivery, timing updates, check-in alerts) via Email (Resend/SMTP) and WhatsApp (AiSensy/Chatway).
  • Providing organizers with real-time analytics to track check-in status and attendance volumes.

3. Data Protection & Encryption

We deploy enterprise-grade security controls to safeguard your data:

  • Sensitive database records and credentials (like API keys) are fully encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.
  • Data transmissions are encrypted in transit over secure SSL/TLS channels.
  • Permissions are segregated dynamically at the database level to restrict access.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver seamless notification alerts and storage integrations, data is securely passed through pre-vetted third-party services, subject to their respective privacy terms:

  • Supabase Cloud: Utilized for secure user storage assets (badge layouts, QR Code images).
  • AiSensy & Meta API: Used to dispatch automated WhatsApp registration alerts.
  • Resend Email: Used to broadcast secure transactional ticketing emails.
