1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the EventQ platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services. These terms apply to all visitors, event organizers, and users who register on the portal.

2. User Accounts & Registration

When you register for an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.
• All activities that occur under your account workspace.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized breach of security or usage.

3. Service Usage & Limitations

Our services are provided to facilitate event check-ins, badge printing, and messaging broadcasts. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to dispatch unsolicited spam messages.
• Attempt to bypass duplicate protection controls or perform denial of service attacks.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or scrap database tables.

4. Limitation of Liability

Redefine Marcom Pvt. Ltd. (EventQ) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operations during events.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi/Gurugram, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
